Dilute: Mix one part of Patio Bright with 10 parts of water. If you're dealing with stubborn areas, consider using a stronger ratio of 1:5. For lighter maintenance or follow-up treatments, dilute at 1:20.

Spray: Using a garden sprayer or watering can, apply the solution directly to the surface. Aim to cover at a rate of 1 litre of diluted solution for every 5 square meters.

Use Patio Bright on any external surface susceptible to contamination by green algae, mosses and grime. Such as limestone, sandstone, tarmac, gravel, slate, plastic, glass and all timber products.

Use Patio Bright year-round. For optimal results apply on a warm, dry day. Results can be affected if rain falls on the treated surface within 12 hours or if the outside temperature is below 8°C. Avoid use during a heatwave.

Yes, Patio Bright is safe for pets and plants when used as directed. Our formula is 100% biodegradable. PH neutral and doesn’t contain any bleach or acids. However, to ensure safety, keep pets away from the treated area during application and until the surface is completely dry. Following the instructions on the product label will help you achieve a clean patio while keeping your pets safe. While Patio Bright should not damage your plants and grass, care should be taken not to contaminate these areas during application.

The cleaning time may vary depending on the severity of the infestation and condition of the surface. In most cases, you will see noticeable results within 24-48 hours. Heavy infestations may require a longer contact time or additional applications. Patio Bright continues to clean over the following days revealing a completely rejuvenated patio within two to three weeks depending on the environmental conditions and condition of substrate. If after 4 weeks the desired result has not been achieved, consider a follow-up treatment using a dilution ratio of 1:20.
